Metro Saathi
Offline-first Delhi NCR metro companion covering 268+ stations. Route planning runs through a hand-built offline BFS pathfinding engine — no server round-trip — plus full fare tables and a live network map.
GyaanGuru
Bilingual (Hindi & English) GK quiz app with 300+ offline questions plus a live trivia mode powered by a public API. Debugged a tricky Devanagari-text/status-bar overlap issue across device sizes.

Instagram growth toolkit — on-device AI hashtag generation via ML Kit (zero data leaves the device), a reels downloader and a bio generator. Fixed a Play Store policy rejection by migrating to the Android Photo Picker API.

The platform I own end-to-end at my day job: web storefront, mobile app, backend and every integration in between.
Green Mounts Ventures
Built the company's e-commerce website end-to-end in PHP/MySQL and a companion React Native mobile app sharing the same backend — catalog, cart, checkout, coupons, wishlist, reviews and order tracking.
Company needed a web storefront and a matching mobile app, both hitting the same live data — with real payments, real shipping, and no separate backend for each.
Designed 12+ REST API modules (auth, orders, products, wallet, wishlist, coupons, referrals, subscriptions) consumed by both clients, plus Razorpay/CCAvenue payments and the Shiprocket API.
One backend, two live clients, automated PDF invoicing over cron + PHPMailer — running in production since Jul 2025, source-controlled end-to-end.

Janki Mandir — Sitamarhi
A full SEO-optimized tourism website for Sitamarhi, Bihar, built around Janki Mandir — the birthplace of Goddess Sita. ~15 researched tourist places, clean URLs, per-page schema markup, and a full security pass that fixed SQL injection across every admin form. Source is private; the case study covers the build.
PhotoPickerCompat
A Kotlin wrapper around the Android Photo Picker with an automatic, permission-free fallback for older devices. Grew directly out of a real Play Store rejection I hit on #HashKit — generalized into a reusable library, with a Robolectric test suite covering both code paths.
Sabka Loan
Loan-services Android app built collaboratively with a fellow developer, using an MVVM architecture with Retrofit for networking.
Scientific Calculator
A native Android scientific calculator built around a hand-written recursive-descent expression parser — no third-party math/eval library.
QR Code Pro
A QR/barcode scanner & generator app using camera-based real-time decoding with the ZXing library.
